Add a Gusset to a Sew-In Sleeve

Gussets can solve all sorts of problems. They’ll save an existing garment, such as a vintage blouse or jacket with a torn or spoiled underarm, for example. Gussets can also enable you to alter the sleeves of a garment that’s too snug through the biceps, making it wearable and more comfortable by giving a wider range of motion.
