This looks like such a nice versatile pattern. Love the top! Either size would be good, as just on the border. Thanks.

I need to go to a different type of wedding this fall. It is called an
I-DO-BQ. The invite says BBQ casual but I feel perhaps something a step above basic jeans and tee might be about right. This pattern would be perfect, I could make the top adding sleeves and the pants, or I was thinking of the sleeveless top as a vest and the pant. Either would be the look I am wanting. Size 20W-28W would be perfect.

  6. user-234821 | | #6

The weather here in New Mexico is getting hoter and hoter! I need more clothes I can throw on and go. This pattern (size 22W-28W) would be perfect!

  7. bubblebear | | #7

Would love the size 10-18 to make a wardrobe of each piece. I have a chocolate brown one way stretch fabric as well as a shiny beige fabric that would look awesome as a contrast to the top and dress look.

  8. sewgramms | | #8

I would do it in linen. A print top with a solid skirt in 10-18.

  9. Rosiegma | | #9

Hello, what a nice pattern. I would make the tunic and skirt out of chambray and could even wear a light jacket with it for cooler weather...I could make a couple of the dresses...I so love dresses.... I would like to win the 20+ size as I am a larger girl...Thank you for the giveaway....

  10. gypsycowgirl | | #10

I would make top and pants, size 10-18. I would make it in a watercolor effect print. Thanks, Laura

    Girlyb | | #11

I love these patterns. Very lady like. I would probably use a fabric that was medium weight and had a small print. I would use an coordinating fabric to accent the button ties on the side. I would love to make it for myself, so I would need a 10-12 for the sizing.

  12. ldybkpr | | #12

I would make the tunic and pants out of a nice linen in a nice green color. I would need size 20W-28W pattern.

  13. andie_o | | #13

I love the front lines of the dress, it's perfect for my tummy. I think I would use a muted floral summer cotton. Yea, a trip to the fabric store. Size 10-18. Thanks for the chance.

  14. sewing_teacher | | #14

Love the many version choices that this pattern provides. Princess seam dresses were a favorite of mine many years ago.

  15. jfpetutti | | #15

This pattern looks like it's just what I am looking for. There seems to be a number of places to use for adjustments. My size would need to be in a petite 10-18. I particularly like the dress and I have some beautiful fabrics I would like to try this pattern with. It looks like I could make a whole new wardrobe with it!

  16. kroae | | #16

I would love to make a really nice Capri pants outfit. It would be a great go-everywhere outfit. I'd probably make several in bright prints and mixable solids. I'd need the larger size (at least for a while). :-)

  17. MarieV61 | | #17

Living in a tropical climate and wanting to do some stash busting, I'd like to make the skirt in a solid teal polylinen like fabric with a co-ordinating multicoloured cotton top - size 10-18.

  18. sewnonnie | | #18

This pattern is adorable! I can see me making an entire wardrobe with this one pattern. I would use a solid linen for pants and skirt with a small print for the dress. The top would be of a cotton or linen print to complement the linen pants.
Then I would make a solid dress to accent the wonderful princess seams. I will need a size 10-18 pattern.

  19. Michelesews | | #19

What a versatile pattern! I would love to win the 20W - 28W sized pattern.

  20. Changmom | | #20

I love the neckline on this! B and D are what I would make-I have some really pretty coordinating linen blends in forest greens that would work well for these pieces.
Size 10-18 would be appropriate, as I could grade up or down as needed. Thanks for the chance to win!

  21. NGuy | | #21

I have a piece of summery navy white and turquoise pique that is just waiting to be that dress! I would like the 20-28 pattern if I win.

  22. jolevitt | | #22

I love the lines on this pattern. It's so easy to adjust a size with it. I have a beautiful yellow piece of silk that would look stunning. I need the 20W-28W. So exciting.

  23. gailete | | #23

I would love to win the plus size pattern, but before going through my 8-10 boxes of stash fabric, I would need to know haw much fabric I need. This is a great pattern for making mix and match pieces. My favorite pattern wi a wardrobe pattern that has three or more garments in one pattern.

  24. BarbaraTW | | #24

I have linen like fabrics that would look nice for a dress or tunic. I would need the size 10-18. Hope to win!

I would love to make the tunic (with sleeves) in the larger size option.

  27. newald | | #27

    Jeannieart | | #30

The patter size would be 10-18. The fabric would be a woven stretch. Tiny floral/geometric and a solid. This would be a mix and match set of clothes. a solid and a geo/floral skirt and pants. Geo/floras and solid top with contrast band. Might add cap sleeves to one of the tank tops as well as to the dress.

  31. User avater
    EllACee | | #31

I'd make the tunic and pants in teal poplin. Pattern size 10-18 would be great.

  32. DBurchard | | #32

i would make the "dress" in a lightweight cotton batik fabric, then make a co-ordinating pair of solid cotton pants to go with it. I love the sleeveless version, but it wouldn't be as flattering for me. I would need the 10-18 version of the pattern. Thank you.

  33. SEGnesa | | #33

This is just too cute. The pants and top would suit my figure exactly.

  34. LeslieD | | #34

Well, I really like the pants and tunic and have a piece of chambray colored Ralph Lauren stretch linen that would be great for both the tunic and pants. I also have some classic white linen that would be great in the dress or the skirt! Perfect for our weather right now...104 today. I've been wanting to use those pieces of linen fabric for a long time! The 10-18 will work for me.

  35. QuiltinBarb | | #35

I would use the misses size pattern to make the bones of a travel wardrobe w/ a ponte knit. I would make the tunic out of a muted floral print, using a coordinating solid to make the neck band. I would make the pieces in a cotton-linen blend - in a print and solid to make a coordinates. I'd like the Misses size as I am entering to win for a friend! I am donating a LOAD of fabric to this friend - as soon as I can get it all together!
    ;-)

  51. joannelse | | #51

I would love to make the dress with a yellow linen. I used to have a yellow dress I loved, but alas, it got too small and I gave it away. I would like size 10-18.

  52. YKKate | | #52

I would use this pattern to make a printed dress and solid coloured top and pants. I would choose organic cotton / linen fabric. I would like the pattern in the smaller size range.

  53. dzturtle | | #53

I would be so excited to win the 20W-28W pattern. I would make views C & D first in a nice cool linen and wear it to work. I would love to make the view A dress too in a fun, summery print. Depending on the fit of the first project, I'd probably want to make several views in coordinating fabrics to mix & match! This looks like a very versatile pattern.

  54. debmct45 | | #54

I would like to win the size 20-28 pattern because I think it is flattering to all figures. It is easier to down size the pattern than i need to than take a chance on the other sizes being too small I think.

  55. Threadysetgo | | #55

I would love the 10-18 pattern! I think the dress would be lovely in a plum-colored ponte knit for fall.

  56. DianaLouise | | #56

  57. User avater
    wicked_stitcher | | #57

why, i'd put my curves into the (W)women's size range and use a luxurious wool to create this dress. i love the shaped hem, and might maybe use it on the dress as well as the featured top, making it a bit edgier than the dress interpretation! thanks, maybe i'll be the random marauder on this one.

  58. janetisell | | #58

Lovely pattern! I have a gorgeous sliver/black brocade I would use for this (might need to piece with plain black). Size 10-18 if I'm lucky :)
    Thank you.

  59. prpr | | #59

What a great pattern, so versatile, and I love the princess seams! I have several pieces of silk/linen in various shades of peach that I can see using for the tunic, skirt, and slacks. Plus, I have several other summer fabrics in my stash that I'd use for the dress. I'd use the size 10-18 pattern.

  60. DrivesSewMachBest | | #60

Ooooh YES!, I could live with this pattern in the 10 - 18 size and fit it first for myself (as I've done nothing for me in yrs.) and secondly for my a little larger daughter. Of course, she'd have to do most of her own sewing! (If mom makes things, they typically don't get worn more than once, but if she has a hand in it, somehow it become HERS!)
TWO for ONE (pattern) at our home!

  62. peej2 | | #62

I would love this pattern in 10-18. I would make all the pieces in mix and match solids and bright "Lilly Pulitzer" type prints. There are some great ones at JoAnn's right now and I've been wondering what I'd use them for. This pattern would be perfect.

  63. DaisyM | | #63

This looks like a pretty basic pattern. I think that's something I can do. Size 10-18.

  64. bobbie12345 | | #64

Very nice combo. Will make a great wardrobe for summer & fall. I have plenty of fabric to choose from so I don't have to worry about purchasing any fabric. If I should win I'd like the 10 to 18 size. Thanks for the great offer.

  65. scarfette | | #65

If I won the pattern, size 10-18, I would make top B and the slacks. I have a lovely ponte knit that I would use.

  66. rxxanne | | #66

20W - 28W Please. What do you think about linen and Ultra suede?

  67. Mserratt | | #67

This pattern would be perfect for me size 10-18. I have several fabrics selections in mind one is a woven with a bit of stretch in it that I would use to sew the skirt and topfor my mother and then I have some chambray and vintage floral print wovens I would use to make both tops, the pants and the dress.

  68. snowm | | #68

I would make the dress out of a lovely cotton print that I have in my stash. Thanks!

  69. user-3264461 | | #69

I would make C,D and would use sky blu linen fabric or a nice floral cotton, spandex… Size 20W-28W… This is a lovely pattern!

    millie8490 | | #71

size 10-18. love the scoop neck dress and the side zipper skirt looks fun too!!

  72. tgwgws | | #72

I would make view B, but add sleeves using a light to mid-weight linen fabric. I would like to win a size 20W-28W pattern.

  73. Kbeths | | #73

I love the tunic top, size 10-18 for me. I live all the options

  74. beadembroiderer | | #74

I would like size 10-18. I really like the dress and I would make it with fabric that is good for the transition between Summer and Fall, like a light subscribe. Or dressy with a silky print.

  75. modestoash | | #75

I'm digging the top and the skirt out of a brushed tencel in a nice sage green. It would be great as separates and also worn together. I would make it out of the 10-18 size pattern. It would be delicious!

  76. user-1046391 | | #76

I have been using Simplicity Patterns for at least 35 years and they are my favorite, bar none. I would love to win this pattern so I can sew an outfit for my daughter. Size 10-18, please. Thanks!

  77. Lady_D | | #77

I'd love to win this pattern in size 20W-28W. I would make the tunic (view C) first, but with the sleeves from the dress pattern added, followed by the slacks (view D) both in either a light weight linnen or cotton, as heavy weight fabrics can rarely be used in garments here due to the near constant warmth here in the deep south, USA. I might not stop there though. I find the dress also very attractive, though it's been a very long time since I regularly wore dresses...

  78. SandyAllen | | #78

I would make the dress first because it is adorable! I would like to win the size 20W pattern.

  79. ms_c | | #79

    This is a lovely pattern.

  80. user-1069319 | | #80

I would make this pattern in a silk shantung and hope to win the pattern in size 10-18.

  81. zapper45701 | | #81

I need the largest of the pattern sizes. I'm 6' tall and have never been called petite. I make a great many of my garments. Off-the-rack doesn't work for me.

  82. User avater
    Mag52sews | | #82

With the side 20 - 28 pattern, I would take up the SWAP challenge of my local sewing club. It would be a great time to use some of my stash. Maybe linen pants paired with a fun Frieda Kahlo print for the top and the dress in a plum ponte. Great pattern to finish out the summer and get ready to make a few transitional pieces for the fall. Thanks for highlighting this pattern.

  83. User avater
    sewhappybjm | | #83

I would love to make the dress from this pattern. I would probably use a beautiful blue print knit.

  84. User avater
    sewhappybjm | | #84

I would use a blue print knit to make the dress in the larger size pattern. I couldn't edit the previous comment.

  85. whitedove_56 | | #85

The patterns are pretty and look to be very cool. I have been looking for a summer pattern like this one since I live in Texas it gets very humid and hot. To make the pants and shirt I would use a type of linen making pants dark blue, the shirt a white print. These colors can be worn as casual or casual dressy like at a church social. The size I would like to win would be the 20 W - 28W Pattern.

  86. wannasew2 | | #86

Hello. I would make vie B and E. Need size 20W-28W. Would also use a stretch woven. Thank you.

  87. SewDiva68 | | #87

I love the retro vibe this pattern has. I would do the pants and top in a stretch sateen in a vintage mosaic print. Size 10-18.

  88. scook37003 | | #88

Sewing and making clothes my own is not only fun but also gratifying. I will need size 10-18.

  89. Liberty1889 | | #89

Since this pattern is somewhat structured, I would make the top and skirt in a nice solid shade of pique fabric. It would then look great with a hand knitted summer shawl. I would like to win the pattern in the 10-18 size.

  90. liinco | | #90

For this pattern, I would use a silk look fabric that has a little body to it. I would make the tunic top C and the skirt E, size 10-18.

  91. pattilynn | | #91

this is so cute! I would love this in a 10-18 size. I found a cute gingham with a flower that would be perfect with this

  92. harrysmom | | #92

I have not worn a dress in about 20 years. I love the lines in A and would make it using light weight summer linen. I use size 14 with petite adjustments.
    Thank you

  93. ArcticSewer | | #93

Hi. I would make the pants in a stretch satin cotton, black with big white polka dots, yippee! I also really like the retro dress; I have a lovely plum floral linen that would work for that. I like both the tunics views B and C and can see them in a print cotton damask. I have to say that the skirt to wear with these tunics would be best as a simple (no pleats) pencil skirt; That would be my preference. I haven't sewn Simplicity for 30 years but think the smaller size would be best for me.

  94. Fayzer | | #94

I would make C. I have been wanting a pattern where the top is longer than the front.

  95. Fayzer | | #95

I forgot to tell you that I would like pattern size 20W. I have some beautiful Tula Pink cotton that would make a beautiful top C.

  96. Gardenridge | | #96

Love the basic pants and skirt pattern. I have a beautiful beige wool that would look great as that skirt, and with a little luck might squeeze that top in as well. The pants are appealing, too. CLASSIC pattern.

  97. Gardenridge | | #97

Love the basic pants and skirt pattern. I have a beautiful beige wool that would look great as that skirt, and with a little luck might squeeze that top in as well. The pants are appealing, too. CLASSIC pattern. Size 10-18 please if I'm chosen.

  98. swhnana | | #98

I think the Pants (d) and top (B) in size 10-18 would look great on my 2 daughters and my granddaughter made with chambray or maybe linen. there are so many options for this pattern It would be beautiful in any fabric selection.

  99. LeslieG78 | | #99

This pattern looks fantastic! I would love to make parts B and E, which would be a great duo for work attire. For B, I would choose a nice poplin or linen, and I would go with a tweed for E. The tweed might have a nice pattern, with B complimenting the pattern through it's structure and color. Size 10-18, please!

  100. User avater
    rdejam | | #100

I would like the 20W-28W, please. I'd make B (probably with the short sleeves from the dress) in a green and brown paisley print linen fabric I've been saving for just the right project and D in solid dark brown linen I bought to color block with the print. Very cute pattern.

  101. smarvin | | #101

I would do dress A m but then I would do all of the and adjust the pattern to fit. I love making on of a kind outfits. . It would really look good in a light floral fabric. It would also look good in light solid colors. It would probably add a little more material below the waist for a more flowing look. I would go for the 20W-28W.

  102. 2370 | | #102

I would love to be the lucky winner for this pattern in size 10-18; I have some great prints and this would be a good work dress!

  103. dianemayotte | | #103

I have been wanting to make me some clothes out of linen and this pattern would be perfect.

I would probably start with the dress in a medium wt linen, there are so many colors to choose from.

I need a pattern size 20-28 and would love to win this.

  104. Dobieslady1 | | #104

I just lost 70 lbs and my wardrobe is sparse to barely existent. I would make Pattern A in a light floral cotton print, using pattern for size 10-18.

  106. mutti | | #106

  108. cajun1108 | | #108

Such a versatile pattern! I would make the View A dress in a silk dupioni( probably a black or dark green) and add some subtle "bling" so,it could be used as my Little Black Dress for special occasions. The other pieces would be fun, too, to make up in complimentary solid and print fabrics and interchange for travel/weekender ensembles.

In my original comment, I failed to mention I would like the. Size 10-18 pattern!

  110. annieDEE2 | | #110

I habe a nice Hawaiian flower print which I would use for a skirt and top. I would like to win size 10-18.

  112. HazeyBlue | | #112

I would make the dress in a lovely post box red linen. I love red, it's a strong energy colour which always makes me feel fantastic when I wear it. Who doesn't like feeling fantastic? I would like the size 20-28 if I was lucky enough to win. Thanks.

  113. Ladyblueyes22 | | #113

I would make the pants and the tunic top with a slight modification - I'd add short sleeves to the top. I think making it out of rayon would be a nice flowing look. I'm thinking shopping trip!

  114. LatteHottyBeth | | #114

I would make the cute dress in fire engine red linen. It will look great on me with the princess lines and scoop neck. So flattering! The capris in white stretch cotton with a turquoise top. Yummy in these Florida summers. Maybe make the skirt and a top in cool seersucker. Pattern 10-18, please.
    Enjoy in joy.

  115. dorothysheldon | | #115

I would like to experiment with this pattern size 10-18, making a combination of diagonal stripes on front two pieces and solid black flowing knit for rest of pattern. Love the lines of pattern front.

  116. LindaG7 | | #116

I'd love to try this pattern with a contrasting yoke, maybe using a pretty lace or an embroidery to frame the face and neckline. The slightly fitted, princess seam look is attractive, too. I'd like to win the size 10-18 pattern, even though I am actually between the size 18 (tops) and 20 (bottoms) in pattern sizing. Wish all the pattern companies would include an overlap of one size in their multi-size pattern selections (e.g., group 10-18 and 18-24).

  117. RailScout | | #117

I'd like to win the size 20-28 pattern. I'm thinking of making it in navy blue linen or twill.

  118. mrssmitty | | #118

Oh What classic outfits! I would love to win one a size 10-18 would be great. Thank you

  119. strandjss | | #119

I would make the dress our of a linen/cotton in blue and white. I would like the size 20-28

    thanks

  120. depotbay | | #120

Threads patterns are easy to follow, but I live 1 1/2hr away from the closest pattern store. The Pattern 10-18 would be a great pattern for a material I picked up on a visit to the US last month. Thank you for this option to obtain a pattern. Keep up the good work.

  121. kbarber9999 | | #121

Would love to try this pattern in the 20w size to make a birthday gift for my sister. I have a beautiful cotton print that would work perfectly.

  122. loreek | | #122

Very cute! Would love the pattern in in size 16.

  123. ChanAnn | | #123

I would make it in a Cotton spandex. 20W-28W. I love the way cotton breathes and the spandex gives the cotton moveability. I'd make the top and Capri.

  124. sewsassylaura | | #124

This pattern is lovely, and I would love to win the 10-18. I would make dress A in a light sage cotton and the pants combination B/D in grey linen.

  125. SUZAG57 | | #125

I would love to win this, it reminds me of a vintage pattern, so cute! Size 10-18 please!

  126. user-927353 | | #126

I would make either the dress or the shorter top (add sleeves) and skirt in a green or purple solid wool crepe in a size 10.

  127. Bermudasewer | | #127

I would make B and D, pants and top. I would use pastel color linen for the pants and co-ordinating floral shear for the top. Size 14 would be perfect. This would be perfect for Bermuda nights.

I would love to win the Simplicity Pattern 1466 Giveaway. I would need the size 10-18 and would make the dress in view A in Linen. This would make a lovely dress in a pastel color. Thanks so much for the opportunity.

  131. denisesharp | | #131

I love this pattern. I would use the 20-28 size. I have a beautiful knit that I purchased last summer and have been holding it for the right pattern. This is it!

  132. MarRitchie | | #132

I like the longer top and skirt view, it would make up into a very nice solid color outfit. I have some brown woven that was given to me and this would make a very nice outfit. It could be dressed up with layered jewelry or kept plain for a slimming look. I would like the 8-18 size pattern. I do like the option of making extra wardrobe pieces to mix or match that is available.

  133. ReenAnne | | #133

This looks soooo comfortable. I would make a couple pants and some coordinating tops and wear them ALL summer. I am feeling lucky, hope I win!

***CUTE*** I love to sew and this pattern would be wonderful on me! I work in an office and it amazes me how much people really spend on their retail clothes? Size 10-18 please... This is totally a Sew & GO outfit!

  135. tiajah | | #135

I'd like to make the dress with sleeves in a soft wool, maybe deep red. Size 10-18 please. (This reminds me of a dress my mom made for me when I was a pre-teen.)

  136. redrose61 | | #136

What a pretty outfit! I would love this pattern in a 10-18 size. I love your videos and articles....so much great info. I have sewn since I was 9, but feel that my sewing is more and more professional with all the great tips I pick up from these sites. thank you

  137. MayAileen | | #137

I have some related mixed fabrics that I would use: A dark brown and a lighter. I think I would mix them with the lighter brown on the inside of the front seams. Maybe use the lighter in contrast at the neck.
    I would need the size 10 - 18.

  138. Candy_s | | #138

What a great offer! I have been looking for a way to get the darling slits at lower edge on pants and the scoop neckline is to die for! My size is 10-18. If I were so very lucky to be a winner, I would use brocade for the top and a chambray for the pants. Thank you for allowing me to enter your contest.

  139. MLind | | #139

If I win this pattern in size 20W-28W, I would make a "spring set" (B and E) in my spring colored (yellow/green) chambray :D

I was actually told via email that I'd won a pattern a month or so ago. Never received it, although I emailed my address twice.
But I'd like to make this one in linen, top view B and pants, size 10-18.

  146. cjayne | | #146

If I won this pattern I would make the pants and tunic top with sleeves. I have a turquoise linen that would look great. I would need the size 10-18 size pattern.

  147. eremurus | | #147

I would make both the dress and the pant with the tunic top from the 10-18 pattern. I have linen and a floral demask material on hand for these. Thanks for the offer. I would love to win.

  148. winterbull | | #148

I would love that pattern in sizes 10-18. I would shorten the sleeved dress to use as a top and use it with the skirt. Both would be in a lovely linen for a lively casual work ensemble. I would make the knee length dress in a work to evening brocade - not too dressy! Top B with the pants would be fabulous, with the top in a wonderful chambray print and the 2 pair of pants in a matching seersucker and contrasting chambray. I could then also take the top C in a patchwork print, perhaps and make it into a front open vest lengthening the 2 side bands to catch in the center as a closure to wear over top of a simple T top or long sleeve knit top for those days inside when a sweater is too much and the tshirt is not enough. Just dreaming!

  149. Tru | | #149

I would love to make views B and D, especially D, the slacks. I have a bright summer cotton print that has the most comfortable hand. It would look really cool.

It's been a long, long time since I've seen a pattern that I liked enough to really want to go after. This one is definitely an exception. I would start by making the sleeveless top and then follow up with the slacks. No doubt, within a few months, I would make every single one of the pieces using different fabrics. The dress would be ideal for work or church. Size 10-18.

  153. Maeppcerb | | #153

HI, what a lovely pattern. I would like to make the dress, in a 20-28 size please. I have the perfect mauve cotton fabric, with gold design on it. Love the top and pants also.

Quite lovely. I am still sewing with some of my grandmothers silks and linens. This would be great for a couple of pieces I want to use for a dressy pants outfit. I have gone from a store 3x down to a 14...so I am interested in the 10 - 18 pattern. Thanks for the chance to sew a new outfit.

I love this pattern. I'd make the skirt with top B, adding sleeves. I have a lovely floral linen waiting for this. In size 20w-28w

  158. Hausbus | | #158

Living in a hot climate, i love the look and the coolness of the tops. I would make top C -- i have a stash of good cotton fabric to choose from, so I might make two or three : ). One particular cotton i like is a white based color splashed one, it looks like someone took bright colors and threw them randomly on a canvas. It would make a beautiful top. I would need size 10-18.

  159. lvislief | | #159

I would like to make the top in a cotton or rayon batik with a contrast neckline. I would like to win the size 10 - 18 pattern.

  160. flipsy | | #160

linen, linen, and linen. love the stuff and i could see this pattern looking beautiful in the fabric. 22W - 28W.

  161. Londongirl | | #161

Lovely pattern - so many variations. Would be great made up in a cotton/linen mix for summer wear. Simplicity patterns have always been my favourite and I always make them my first port of call - so easy to follow as well. Size 10-18 please.

  162. cdnmaddie | | #162

Wow, I love all aspects of this pattern! I have so much cotton fabric in my stash, I could/would make each of the outfits shown. My favourite would be Views B and D! The designs are slimming and elegant! Super designs! Size 10-18! How I would love to win this pattern. Thank you.

  163. Whisper | | #163

I would love to make this dress in a beautiful cotton pique that I have in my stash. I've been saving it for something special. I would make a contrasting trim around the neck. I love skirts, but there is not a large selection in the stores. I would make several of these skirts in various fabrics. I would make the tunic in chambray and the pants in a co-ordinating denim. I love that the skirt and pants are band-less. Also, the dress & top would be easy to alter to fit in the bust. I use size 10-18.

  164. fabricstitcher | | #164

I have just the fabric in my stash to make this outfit up. If I won this pattern in size 10-18 I would make the top and pants for a trip east this summer.

  165. LindaKaren | | #165

Very nice pattern - complete to make a whole color coordinated, mix and match wardrobe. I would start with the skirt and top -- probably in a crisp cotton. Size 10-18.

  166. user-2481695 | | #166

Love the simplicity of the skirt and pants . I would probably start with these two garments as I need both. I think the look of linen is always classic so I would use one of the medium weight linens that I already have. size 20-28.

  167. Angellworks | | #167

The princess style is so slimming and I would construct View A
in a gorgeous blue silk. I would need the 10-18 size pattern.

  169. SharonPicone | | #169

I would love to make View A in a dark navy blue chambray. I would also use two African- or animal-inspired (zebra, leopard, or cheetah) buttons for a fun detail. I would need the size 10-18. Thank you (and I'm crossing my fingers that I'm one of the winners :)

  170. LindaLanglois | | #170

Now in Weight Watchers and doing well, so I will need to make a new wardrobe. This pattern allows for so many adjustments and variations I will buy it if I don't win it. I will make it in a cream yellow brocade with daisy buttons. It will become my new go-to-church outfit.

  171. annmoskal | | #171

Great looking pattern, I would love to win it in size 10-18.

  172. karindelin | | #172

I would love this pattern in the 10-18, I would make the dress, I love princess line dresses. I would try to find a cotton twill or similar fabric in a floral pattern, I would definitely line it in a light cotton, like a batiste.

  173. patriciaphillips | | #173

I think that I would make view C & D, in a size 18 but I would put sleeves in the top. I'd make the pants out of a stretch woven, dark for the pants and a solid for the top, maybe in a purple. The detail would be the same fabric as the pants. Who knows, maybe all the same colour with chain detail on the top instead of the tabs.

I am fortunate enough to be able to dress in jeans and tennis shoes for work every day but the down side is now keeping up with your wardrobe. This would be a great pattern to make a few skirts and tops to wear to dinner with friends. Still comfortable but not so casual. If I am lucky enough to win the pattern I would like the 10 - 18 please.

  184. JansSewingRoom | | #184

    HI,
I thought it be would be great to use linen blends, either silk or cotton to make some pants and tops. Also, possibly one dress. I also like the idea of a nice summer cotton more casual look for fun. I like the 10-18 size please.

  185. JosieLCPC | | #185

I need more dresses in my summer wardrobe, so I definitely would make the dress, likely in a pretty and feminine cotton print. The size 10-18 pattern please.

  186. Gebhardt53 | | #186

I would make A (shorter) & D, would like to use a cotton or cotton blend. Not sure whether same fabric for both, or a coordinating print and solid. I want size 20W-28W.

  187. putittogether | | #187

Size 10-18 please. Top C pants D. Thought I knew what fabric I wanted. However, after reading the comments on all the many fabric types & colors, I'll need to take the pattern to the store and do lots of drooling. I've not done princess seams with a fabric pattern; only in solids. Does the seam "throw" the print off....do you have to match each section (not talking about a plaid)? This pattern can so easily be made for dress or casual. Loving it, thanks.

  188. devonsmom52 | | #188

I would make C over and over again for work! Size 10-18 please!

  189. Animama | | #189

I would love to make Top B, Pants D and Skirt E. I have some turquoise cotton in my stash that would be perfect for this. Size 10-18 please.

  190. WhiteBow | | #190

The top and pants are so sleek and modern! I would use a cornflower-blue cotton jacquard that I have in my stash. It has a subtle pattern of flowers woven into it. Perfect for summer!

  191. toniajfuller | | #191

I need clothing so badly and would utilize this pattern to the fullest.I would start with the tunic and skirt and then add pants and dress. The style is classic. I am thinking a linen look fabric tunic and pant, print skirt, solid dress and a print dress. I have fabric that I have hoarded and I think this would be a perfect fit for the use.
Size 10-18. Thank you for this opportunity.

  192. GrandmaMittens | | #192

I would love to try the dress in a turquoise or rose pink cotton pique. Please enter me in the drawing for size 20W-28W. Thank you!

  193. clowe5050 | | #193

I would use pattern sized 10-18, the c top and e skirt, in a chambray fabric

  194. LauraKbytheBay | | #194

The first outfit I would make would be view C Tunic and view D Slim Pants. I would use a medium-weight linen-type fabric with a floral print similar to the multi-blue/green shown on the pattern package. Pattern 10-18 is my size and will be used to make several outfits. Thank you for making this combination of outfits available in one pattern packet. I'm sure I will make multiple outfits with this pattern as it flatters most figures and is perfect for the warmer weather we have in the South.
