I would be most likely to make the Emery dress. Just re-read the last 2 issues on Friday night before filing them away. Ahhh, if I could just sew all the time.

I'd like to make the Emery dress. It sounds like just the right shape for me.

  167. I'd love The Emery Dress. it sounds so chic.

  168. gilboahomespun July 28th

The Derby Dress. The fitting process is definitely facilitated by the seams. Lots of possibilities

  169. redlum July 28th

The derby dress....I could also see using it to create a nightgown.

  170. virb July 28th

I'd be most excited to make the Emery dress - it looks the most like what I would wear. Gorgeous!

  187. User avater user-2162603 July 28th

I'm most excited to make The Derby Dress. I think the neckline and overall shape would be most flatting on my body type. And pockets are always a plus! :) Can't wait to check out the book. - Susan

  188. User avater auschick July 28th

    I'd do the Emery Dress!

  189. User avater 2tango July 28th

I love the Emery Dress, timeless.

  190. andreaglo July 28th

I'm interested in the Rosemary collar. I love collars as unique accessories.

  191. User avater grammiepam July 28th

The Emery Dress. I wore it in the 1950's and it looked great. Now I could wear it (without a defined waistline) and it would look better than anything in the stores.
No one wants to see my upper arms, not even me!

  192. User avater JadedStatik July 28th

The Derby Dress. I'd have to customize it a little but it looks very versatile based on the pics of the already made ones.

  193. ibs102 July 28th

Emery, hands down. I have seen so many variations on all kinds of figures that I feel quite confident I can make it work as a curvy girl.

  194. User avater sewhappybjm July 28th

I would want to make the Emery Dress because it would be great to wear to work.

  195. User avater mad14kt July 28th

    The Emery Dress ;)

  196. User avater MelodyeJoy July 28th

    Definitely the Derby Dress!!!!

  197. celiacgirlri July 28th

Definitely the Emery dress. I LOVE the vintage look. The book on clothing construction would be very useful to me, since I take sewing classes. Thanks for the opportunity!

  198. User avater bluestar July 28th

I have the Emery and have sewn it and loved it, so I would do the Derby next for summer!

  199. User avater CatDoesIt July 28th

Wooooh, I'd do a derby first!

  200. User avater Marty_Marie July 28th

I would love to sew the derby dress! It looks so summery and comfortable.

  201. User avater v_flinn July 28th

Can't wait to see the other designs in the book - am a big fan of "fitted" clothing.

  202. User avater memarston July 28th

The Emery Dress sounds just perfect, tailored yet feminine.
