All red garments must be made by you and entered into the contest gallery before 11:59 p.m. February 22nd, 2010.
5 finalists will be chosen by the editors of Threads magazine and 1 winner will be chosen in a vote by ThreadsMagazine.com readers.
Winner will be announced on or around March 1st, 2010.
