As you see I had a total Blast this year with my 8 year old Daughters Costume!!
I had the Plaid Fabric in my stash for a very very very very long time...lol And it just knew what it needed to be this year!!
My inspiration/blueprint was a fun new Halloween pattern by Simplicity #2834, Which was the dress and jacket...then I had to add a fun lil hat to pull this look all together...I used another fabulous pattern that I bought for me by Simplicity #J0788 for the fun lil top hat...never did get around to my costume..hmm maybe next year!
Then of course...it had to be just perfect the boots and the Hair!! Which pulled this look quite nicely..as you can see in all the photos my daughter just can work that outfit and camera!!! Priceless..enjoy this creation just as I have enjoyed every moment of it...and when you hear your daughter say to everyone on Halloween night "My mom has 3 talents" One is Hair one is nails and the othe is sewing..gotta love that!!
