I've always been a fan of A Clockwork Orange and always thought it would be fun to dress like Alex DeLarge (Malcolm McDowell).  So here is the costume I made and wore to a Halloween ballroom dance.

The shirt was McCalls 2149 Men's Shirt.  I made the susspenders from straight elastic and susspender clips.

I had to make the codpiece.  In the movie the codpiece is a cricket players groin protector, but they are very expensive, so I took cotton canvas and my own pattern, then stuffed it.  I think it turned out pretty good.
