Little Black Dress

The back is mostly lace with some strips of silk satin on the left side.

I designed and made this stretch silk satin dress that also has lace and crystal beading detail at the top as well as the back. It is a asymmetrical one shouldered dress. I draped triangle shapes to connect most of the dress instead of using the common princess seams or something similar to it. It is the perfect little black dress for any special occasion.

I support Manny Chevrolet for the next mayor of New Orleans. The major plank of his platform is to legalize marijuana, regulate it, tax the hell out of it. He would instantly reduce prison overpopulation and use the profits to educate our children, pave our streets and rebuild our Katrina-ravaged infrastructure and neighborhoods. Yes, he is an actor/comedian (you can see clips from the 1st televised debate on youTube) but he makes a lot more sense than most of the phony, climbing, rich talking heads currently in office. Have fun with life, that's what it's for. I loved your comment and agree with it wholeheartedly.
