Fancy Fabric Challenge

Prom dress original

front.  orginal prom dress using satin.

This is a custom orginal designed made for Prom.  It was an adapted mermaid style dress.  I used a metalic satin(two tones).  Fully lined with posse.  The body of the dress is form fitted to mid thigh.  The Skirt flows out and two toned.  Photo of Back is shown with matching two-tone wrap.

I would also love to have seen this on the wearer. I'm a great fan of shirring down the midline. It acts as a great "figure equalizer" for lack of a better term, both enhancing the wearer's curves and minimizing any figure assymetries, lumps, bumps, and bulges. Beautiful jewel-toned hues: she must have been the belle of the ball.
