The more I look at this jacket, the more I love it. Actually, it makes me want to commission a similar one from you. So versatile and flattering. Love the sleeves. Could be worn over dark jeans or a formal velvet skirt equally well. Again, I'd love to see this one ON you!
I agree-the detail in this is stunning. I see it with a long skirt, the red of the collar. Or casually over black slax for a jaunt-around-town look!
This jackket is amazing. I would go with the over jeans look myself but i think just about anything would work.
I love this! What creativity it shows! Thanks so much for sharing it with us. I love red, black and white together. Thanks for sending in this entry for us to see. Your talents are obvious.
Many thanks to Clarasita for her numerous comments on my entries and to everyone else who so graciously commented with words of support and encouragement.
I am new to posting on Threads, and love the feedback I'm getting.
Clarasita, this jacket was made for someone else, so I'm afraid I can't model it, but it does look terribly smashing on her! I would be delighted to make something for you!
The Russian steppe jacket is my size, so I will have to get a photo uploaded of me wearing it...
Thanks again to all my commenters!
btw, not sure if it is just my odd screen resolution... but the jacket is fitted and very slimming, very flattering on the woman I made it for - who has a slender petite build.
