Cotton Bag with upcycled Belt

I made this slouch bag from my own pattern.  The body of the bag is made from a medium-weight cotton in a monochrome leaf design.  I attached a piece of a belt to the front of the bag and edged this with strips of vintage lace.  The rivets on the belt add an edgy quality to the bag and contrast well with the lace.  The zipper pull is a piece of a discarded necklace and the strap was originally a belt on some trousers, attached with some metal rings.
