Valentines Day Garter

This garter was my own design. Made from 2 strips of red satin fabric. Inserted 1/2 elastic in the fabric stitched in the middle is a 1 inch white lace, Top of garter a 1/2 inch white lace and on the bottom 2 inch lace. for embellishment was usinf 1/4 inch ribbon tied in bows and placed a large heart applique in the center and small heart appliques on the ends of the ribbon.
