Using my Counterpoints Jacket pattern #1112 and Collage It! Template Set 2, I created this jacket from up-cycled, felted wool sweaters. The "fabric" was collaged using a butted seam technique with a double row of 3-step zigzag stitches. The jacket is interfaced with Deni Fuse, a micro denier interfacing that maintains the soft hand of the fabric and is fully lined with a printed silk. All edges are finished with bias binding. The buttons are closed with serger embellished elastic loops.
