Cruise Dress
comments (1) February 21st, 2010 in design, fabric, reader's closetI designed this dress to wear on a cruise next week. This was my first time designing and sewing a garment without a pattern or pattern pieces. I used a beaded shirt from a thift store to create the top of the dress. The lace up detail on the side allows the beading to "peak thru". The lacing leads into the split. Thanks for letting me show my work and I enjoy seeing everyone else's hard work. Great job everyone!!!
