My first jacket; Im new to this sewing thing. From Burdas denim jacket pattern, the outer fabric is a textured moleskin. Its fully interlined with fleece to ward off the chill, and then I cut a lining from a beautiful copperyish grey to match.
A look at the lining in the jacket. the cute model is my 8 year old fashionista.

I'm new to this sewing thing, and this is my first jacket. There are a couple of little mistakes but my kind friends are quick to tell me they can't see  them. Still, I'm rather pleased with the way this turned out, and my son LOVES it.
