Lovely Christian Dior Style Dress for Spring
Here is another dress for Spring I made this weekend. It's stretching twill cotton.
Inspired by Dior style and spring colors. The Floral print and solid orange are really go together. The Dior's neckline is so lovely - caught my eyes right away when I saw Dior runway show last year. Insteads of darts I stitched 6 lines of elastic at the top's waist. The bottom has 1 1/2-inch waistband, ruffled at hip line. The buttons are small black flower buds. Those make the dress more comfortable especialy for plus size.
My idea is use the coordination orange parts at the waist from the top and the skirt to make the dress looks like 1-piece dress.
