The new catalog of Butterick patterns has arrived. It's full of stylish summer options including stylish accessories and styles for baby.

Highlights include a stylish pair of shorts by Threads contributor Connie Crawford. I absolutely love this silhouette and can see it sewn up in a variety of lengths for a great warm-weather garment in linen, cotton, or bamboo. I also love the new backpack pattern. Its geometric shape is incredibly chic for a backpack and would make the perfect travel-friendly accessory.
