Julie the Cow Girl!!
This is my daughter, she wanted to be jessie from Toy Story, so instead of buying a plastic outfit from walmart i decided to make her one, The jeans were covered in cow print Minky and faux leather stirrups on the bottom, and the shirt was adorned with red sparkles. The hat was not made by me.
