Britney Spears costume in Las Vegas for Halloween
I made this for someone who was entering a costume contest in Las Vegas. She said that people stopped her in the street for a picture with her! I designed this starting with a "union jack" costume pattern. The shoulder pads are real human hair over a neoprene base!
