Princess Allura
This is my granddaughter. She picked out the material for this costume and I sewed it. On the mask, I started out with a simple over the eye mask for the form and added the embellishments to it until it had the cat like features.
I have sewed since I was 15 but never had as much fun as I do now, sewing for my grandchildren. They think I can do anything and this makes a grandma very proud. My daughters never had any interest in sewing and they can't even sew on a button. I never pushed my love for sewing onto them. I am hoping I will have one of my granddaughters take a interest. I have seven grandchildren and four are girls, so my chances are good!!
