七、The working principle of South Nekon ultrasonic lace sewing machine.

1. The principle is adopted high frequency oscillation to transfer the ultrasonic from moulds to the weld surface of the material, leading to rub among working molecules instantly, when the plastic approach itself melting point and solid material dissolved, then the material will be welded to each other. The welded point strength is nearly as the material is a whole complete part, completely sealing is no problem if mating face designed properly.

2. The welding/cutting moulds are made of special alloy steel and its pattern could be designed according to customers’ requirements. The ultrasonic mould is use-resisting and durable which has long life time, welding/cutting die is easy to dismount, core shift type adjustment, flexible, fast and with high level.
