Halloween Costume Contest
I made this dress and shrug with a phone call and a few measurements from 1500 miles away. The dress, lining, crinoline and sheer layers are all French seamed. The zipper is hand-picked. As I was going to be with the Princess 2 days before Halloween, I knew that I had time to make tons of alterations. Much to my surprise, the dress fit like a glove...no alterations needed. I'm still amazed!
