Feather Belt

Ruffles on skirt

There's lots of dimension with this 6-panel, plus godets, chiffon skirt and it's layer upon layer of chiffon strips sewn in random directions. The belt base is leather, faced with canvas on the inside.  The feathers were glued on; the frog closure was stitched on. The top is a simple tee-shirt style graphic print knit.
