Who knew that your nose, when paired with fabric, could make beautiful music? Forget complicated tests for figuring out which side of the fabric is the right side and which is the wrong side. Take my grandmother’s advice: rub the fabric across your nose and listen up. The right side has a higher pitch than the wrong. It really works!

WARNING: Only do this at home. Fabric stores really don’t like it when you rub your face in their fabric.
