Fall Iris Jacket
Carol's jacket was made with Cherrywood fabrics that were cut small and applied to muslin pattern, then stitched down using decorative stitches of Sulky threads. The individual pieces were then washed to get the raggedy look. The ombre coloring was enhanced with iris stalks and a dimensional iris on the back. The button closure was made by wrapping yarns on a large wooden bead with those yarns braided for the button loop.
