Belle
I made this for my grand-daughter. All she wanted was to be Belle. I used a McCalls costume dress pattern. Using a picture of Belle I changed and added things to make the dress look like Belle in the movie. I also made a slip to go under it so the skirt would puff. Made tubes out of a knit fabric for her long gloves.
