Effie Trinket Reaping Suit
I created Effie Trinket's suit from a berry moire faille. I started with a basic suit pattern and altered it to add a peplum and puff sleeves. I hand shirred the skirt. The neck piece is black velvet with hand sewn flowers. The hair piece was made from the fabric and lining from the suit, each petal is individually singed on the ends and sewn into a giant flower.
