Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast
When I wanted to make a Cogsworth costume for Beauty and the Beast, I never realized how many steps it would take. It is basically a sandwich board sign design with plastic cardboard placed between the fabric to keep it rigid. The pendulum gently rocks and the removeable wind up key really turns. It was a sewing challenge that turned out well.
