SewStylish Spring Fashion Challenge 2014

Home Sewing Is Easy!

I had lusted after this fabric for awhile now, and finally picked some up when I won a gift certificate to an online fabric store recently! I thought I might make it into some great purses or little clutches, but then it arrived and I knew it needed to be a dress! Apparently I was subliminally recalling the other dresses I’ve seen online with the same fabric. The pattern is the Angie Dress, by Scientific Seamstress for Sis Boom. It’s unlined, super easy to sew up, but comes out looking really nice! No zippers, just a little elastic at the back waist to bring it in. I’ll definitely make this pattern again for some additional little day dresses!
