Machine Embroidered Quilted Jacket

The jacket was created using the “Tabula Rasa” Pattern from Fit For Art Patterns. The embroidery software pattern is the “Feathered Star” from Hoopsisters.  I had made the quilt earlier and being a garment maker I just had to make a jacket from two of the main patterns in the quilt.  This is the second time I had made a Hoopsisters quilt pattern and made a vest instead of a quilt.  The jacket is 6 inch squares machine embroidered and quilted on diaper flannel.  I lined the jacket with light weight silk to keep the jacket lightweight so it can be worn in the Texas weather.
