Desperately searching for an old pattern

I would love a copy of this pattern envelope from 1966-67.

I was married in 1967 and made my gown from what I think was a Vogue pattern available at the time.  The pattern was for a coat dress style wedding gown, opening down the front.  The back waist had a little gathering, above which the back bodice bloused just a little.  Over the years, the pattern was lost and since I am a sentimental fool, I would love to have the pattern, if someone has one she is willing to part with, or even a color copy of the front and back of the pattern envelope.  There is always a chance it was not Vogue, but that was pretty much all I was sewing in 1967. The gown was made of organza over a sleeveless satin a-line skimmer, which may not have been part of the original pattern)  and it was extremely comfortable for a summer wedding.  Sad to say, the gown has been lost also, in one of many moves.  I would be so grateful for your help.  Even if someone knows the exact pattern number, I could search for it on Etsy or E-bay.  Thank you.
