Daughter and Son in law where priaites  Holloween and we dressed my 6month old grandbaby  up as their parrot.  She wore a red long sleeve onesie which we sewed red feathers to. The arm feathers where created using  some old headbands which where fited to my grandbaby’s arms, I then glued feathers to hair clips and clipped them to the headbands on the arms. Head Band was made the same as the arms only was made to fit her head. . Using Bule, red sparkle, yellow and  green tule to creat the tail.  I layered the diferrent colors of tule, making points on the end,  on a 2 1/2 ribbon sewing each layer to create the tail. We tied the ribbon around her waist and her dad carried her on his shoulder.
