A design for a dreamer. A satin dress with a chiffon layer gathered under the bust at the waist, revealing french lace flowers and tiny red beads. Lace and beads also applied to the end of the train for floating down the eisle. Add some more red to lace up the back! Kelsey loved it, as did her guests. Wish I could have been there too.
