Silk Scarves Halter Dress

This dress is made of handpainted silk scarves. It is lined with china silk lining. I serged the scarves together and created one piece of fabric then I cut and completely serged the dress together. It is very light and flows beautifully. You can throw on the light jacket that is made of silk chiffon.
