The fabric on the back of this jacket is some fabric I found in a box of sewing "stuff" that my grandmother had.  My aunt sent me the box and I had fun going through it and finding many treasures. This piece of fabric looked like a work in progress.  My grandmother had beaded the back of a shirt.  It was very old fabric, but it is still in very good condition. I washed it by hand and tightened the beading, then I made this jean jacket and added the piece to the back of the jacket. I also added some more trim to the tapestry design on the back.
