Love it! no recommendations

I used the Keshy Jacket pattern by Wildly Wonderful Wearables.  The red fabric is rayon with a western-themed print.  The trim is a black polyester "snake skin."  After constructing the jacket, I decided that I preferred making it into a blouse.  When I crisscrossed the fronts, a wonderful diagonal was created.  Not only is the diagonal line flattering, it provided space for embellishment.  I added 3 "Texas" shaped conchos on the black "snakeskin."

My Texas-born and raised son is marrying a Japanese girl in Hawaii next month.  I plan on wearing this blouse to the dinner the night before the wedding.  I think my blouse demonstrates how well Texan and Japanese go together!
