Silk Seersucker top
comments (0) July 6th, 2009 in sewing, design, garment construction, reader's closetAn easy top to make with glamourous results. This silk seersucker reminded me of whipped cream and I hemmed it with a narrow silk ribbon to help support the fullness at the hem. The pattern does not call for any seam finishing, but I used a combination of french seams and "seams great" to prevent unraveling.
Pattern or design used: Vogue 8155/easy out of print
