This spring project was inspired by my favorite garden Siberian irises. They bloom later than some of my other irises and I look forward to their intense colours. Fiber reactive dyes were used to dye all of the non-linen components. The jacket is Vogue 8429, not modified, and the little wrap top is McCall 4007. Raw cut edged leaves and flowers were layered and free motion painted with Isacord embroidery threads.

Fabulous! This just blows me away.
THIS IS BEYOND AWESOME!!!
You've taken both of these patterns to expressive new heights...absolutely gorgeous work. Love to see an artful hand at play! Brilliantly done Susanrose. Congratulations.
Absolutely Beautiful. I love the way you stitched quilted like details.
Exquisitely done-- every part of the garment is well-integrated, with the result being a symmetrical, beautiful whole.
