This blouse was sewn from a vintage Simplicity pattern.  Lots of fun, and it turned out just beautiful.

Maamool writes: It's a picot stitch. On my Bernina, it's #14. Make this stitch with your regular sewing foot, but stitch on the very edge of the fabric.
