Fun project!  V2969 is a Sandra Betzina pattern (not sure it's currently available). 

• Two coordinating "zebra" fabrics from the back shelves of the local JoAnn's.
• Decorative stitching on the lower left gusset and scarf.
• Modification:  Made the scarf large enough to tie on the side.
• Added elastic to waistband to accomodate my ever-variable waistline.
• Modification:  Finished the bottom hem with a 1.5" bias strip.
