Love it! no recommendations

I have a set of pattern cams for a vintage machine.  Can anyone help me figure out what machine these belong to??

Here is a picture of the same set, same box, same cams.  All 16.

The box reads:

Deluxe Zig Zag - Attachment - Sewing Machine

I hope someone who needs them can grab them. Hard things to find.

My best lead so far has been http://www.statewidesewing.com/#Accessories where they think these might be from a Sears Kenmore Deluxe Zig Zag
