Baby Doll
comments (0) October 21st, 2009 in sewing, design, fabric, fitting, reader's closetMy friend asked if i would make her a baby doll costume. Well we serached and searched for the perfect pattern, couldn't find it. The closest we came up with was McCalls 4948. Some adjustments had to be made...
I lowered the neckline by 2", added a 2nd skirt layer, added gathers to the top layer, and a lace trim to the underskirt. This is the first time I've ever altered a pattern this much. The final project is quite adorable i think =)
