My daughter Kadie wanted be like her great grandma, whom at age 70 went to South Africa an rode an ostrich. This is my own design and when Kadie walks in the costume she actually looks like she is riding the ostrich.

IndigoRam writes: I'd love to hear how you designed the ostrich body and how you built up the neck. I've wanted to do something like this for years but don't want to waste materials figuring out how to get things like the body and neck to actually keep their shape.
