Re: April is National Serger Month
I've just recently moved, and we are still moving. So my serger and machine are still at our old house. I am so missing them now and I can't wait to set up my new sewing room and get back at it! Thank you, and I love my serger. Last year I took an online class and sewed an entire t-shirt with my serger. Really opened my eyes to the possiblities.

I love making A-Line skirts as they are best for my figure and they are quick and easy to make and then embellish as one would wish. I would love to win a copy of this book and learn more about my favorite project and see what the author has in store for us. Thank you for the opportuniy. If I don't win, I may have to purchase this one!

I have learned and continue to learn so very much from Susan Khalje. Another simple but elegant and easy tip (once you have the know-how!). Thank you for sharing!

I learned from my Mom, who used to work as a laundress and was very particular about taking care of clothing and linens. She, and now I, iron with a plan, which is almost exactly the same plan your grandma used. It works and everything you iron looks wonderful. Next up, how do you fold clothes?!?
