Dana loves to sew and paint and often finds herself lost in time staying up all hours with either a sewing project or a painting. She is gifted with color – not needing to use a swatch or paint chip to match any color, she can pick color by eye alone. Dana loves color, designing and creating.

Re: Book Giveaway: Easy Guide to Sewing
Love to learn and always thought - to make a perfect fit, I would need a dress form, although I have been sewing for years… both for others and myself & using many techniques’, It would be great to learn more on fitting, as I know there are always new ideas and thoughts on the subject.

Re: Help us Choose the Next Threads Cover
I am glad you chose A - catches your eye and the green a in Threads pulls you in and connects you to the dress.

I love to watch 'Project Runway' … How intense for the designers – This program challenge not only comes down to being able to design an outfit well and unique, but being able to handle the stress and pressure. I believe Seth has been great at doing both along with Emilio, although Emilio seems to show a little more of the stress on his sleeve than Seth does. Anthony is a kick with his humor and able to come back with comments which are not too rude & cutting down others. Mila needs to step it up some, without compromising her style – staying true to herself as a designer. I believe as it stands now it will be between Seth and Emilio, but things can change as the stress is stepped up some. I am looking forward to the next show!

Fun jacket – nice detail with the blue buttons, almost missed them with the bust in the same color – your detail on the quilting and embroidery look impeccable all very difficult to get on a lightweight fabric like silk. Good job!

Professionally finished, great pick of fabric with the reversible side in stripe – makes for a nice finish. Love the details especially on the collar and sleeves. Not too much to make it busy – just enough detail to make it unique – striking & beautifully executed. I do have a question regarding the rain proffing fabric -- with all the detail and stiching does it keep out the rain?
