Re: BOOK GIVEAWAY: "Famous Frocks" by Sara Alm and Hanna McDevitt
Now that's a good idea. Saves all the guess work of trying to dream up a copy myself. I once spent hours staring at a Christian Lacroix dress in an exhibition in Alencon; making the odd sketch and desperately trying to get the proportions without touching the garment. I did it but the dress is just not as good as it might be. This book could well be the solution. Awesome if it were to wing its way to France for me.

Flexible ruler: BRILLIANT. Any idea where I an buy it in France or Germany? Naturally need centimeter markings.

What a delightful, elegant and to-die-for jacket. I hope I have the time to copy it soon - and somewhere in France to find the materials! Just one disappointment: I'd like to see the jacket from the rear and also being worn by Kenneth King.

Re: Front Edge and Shoulder Pads for Fantasy Fur Jacket
This jacket is a startling and stunning garment. I HAVE to copy it for me. As to those people who say enough is enough....damn them, I need more information and I need it faster so I can start work before the winter comes. I just hope I can buy all the necessary materials here in Germany and France where I live.

Re: A New Improved Seam Roll
An excellent idea: just hope I can find the necessary rail in southern France where I live. Anyone know where to look here?
