I have lived in the NY/NJ/CT all my life. I started sewing when I was about 9 Years old. My Grandmother and Mother were expert Designers,Seamstress and Millinar. I never had formal instruction as Sewing just comes Naturally to me. As a Plus Size woman I sewed for myself Altering regular size patters to fit me. I thern learned mens tailoring and graduated to Wedding gowns. I now have an Alterations business which I love.
My Home Away from Home is the American Sewing Guild. I am the Co-Leader of the Clifton Clippers. Its great fun to interact with other individuals who love to look at Fabric,Ribbon,Thread etc

I would love to attend but the cost of air flight and the conference is out of my reach. Have a Great Time. Perhaps in the near future you can hold the Conference in the North East (New York)
