I have such a hard time of fitting clothes. So what could be better than having Kenneth D. King as a teacher in my sewing room!

I have been wanting to get a subscription to Threads but it has been so hard lately I keep telling myself later later. Have been having problems anyway and then my DH gets hit with cancer. It just blow us and any extras we wanted in the far future. So I need Threads Magazine to have something to look forward too that I know I will enjoy! Donna Rae

Lining jackets and more but mostly jackets. Well actually any techniques to learn would be great!

I don't enjoy a lot of hand stitching but I do like to hand stitch the back of the binding that I sometimes use on necks and short sleeves or even sometimes for a hem. Can watch TV and sew on so it is invisible. Very nice looking.

The tip for matching strips is great. I kind of went DAH. Should have thought of that myself. Makes it sew easy.

I don't know if I had a ah ha moment or a DUH moment. But cutting the bias larger to work with then cutting down after sewing the seam is so smart. Thanks so much for the instructions. For so long I have been trying to sew these skinny little strips. I love Threads Magazine and Threads site. Thanks for all your help all the time!

WOW, certainly can't go wrong with this book. Would be my best sewing guide. Keeping my fingers (and everything else I can) crossed!
