The blue is nicer on the eyes design wise... but the cream seems slightly more marketable considering it actually has an article of clothing on it verses random pieces of fabric. In actuality none of these options really leap of the page and say, "read me!" Isn't there something slightly more glamourous to show off for the front cover?
