I have the perfect fabric for this - upholstery fabric that is reversible, so it can be a reversible vest. However, I am confused about the instructions for the binding of the armholes. There are references to the "shorter end" I'm not sure what that means. Can someone help me out - I am an experienced sewer (at least I thought I was...).
