I made a Japanese wall hanging. I used a panel with two pictures on it, I cut up one picture into squares which I placed around the other whole panel, flowing the colours on from the centre panel. I bound it with gold fabric. The brilliance of the pink blossoms against the green trees, and the dark moon with the white cranes really looked good. I love it. I look for inspiration from books.
